Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

We have updated the cleaning procedures at our hotels.

We will continue to update and improve the ways we keep our hotels clean and safe. 

House Keeper Cleaning

Guest Rooms After Departure

  • All rooms are placed out of service for 48 hours after departure and before they are cleaned for added safety for our employees.
  • Every guest room is sanitized using an ozone machine.
  • We disinfect all hard surfaces frequently touched by guests (desk, lamps, TV, remote, coffee makers, phone, alarm clocks, thermostats, light switches etc.)
  • Our clean team wears gloves and masks to ensure your safety as well as theirs.
  • Thoroughly disinfect waste baskets and recycle bins.
  • Remove and replace all terry and linen and extra blankets.
  • All linens and terrycloth products are washed in chemicals aimed at killing the virus, and at a high-heat temperature at which it cannot survive.

  • Front desk is disinfected after each guest interaction.
  • Plexiglass shield between guest and front desk agent.
  • Every key card & pen is disinfected after each guest use.
  • All our staff wear facial masks.
  • Disinfect floors and trash cans.

  • Disinfect public area phones.
  • Disinfect public restrooms.

  • Disinfect floors and trash cans.
  • Disinfect room and corridor aisle door handles.
  • Disinfect elevator buttons cars.

  • Disinfect floors, trash cans, keyboards, gym equipment, and all other fixtures guests may contact.
  • Clean tables and chairs in the pool area.
  • Frequently disinfect mats in the exercise room, furniture and fixtures.

  • Increasing the frequency of all cleaning in public areas and disinfection.
  • All employees follow proper hand sanitizing between each guest interaction.
